Educational and training of leadership level III or called Diklat Pim III or formerly called as Spama, was held for those who concurrently hold Fourth echelon civil servants of the Republic of Indonesia in preparation for the third echelon positions, or for those who have occupied the third echelon and have not followed education and training of leadership level III.
Pelaksanaan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kepemimpinan tingkat III Yang Biasa disebut Diklat Pim 3 atau dahulunya disebut Spama, diselenggarakan BAGI mereka Yang sedang menduduki Jabatan struktural PNS eselon IV Republik Indonesia sebagai Persiapan untuk menduduki Jabatan eselon III, atau Yang Sudah BAGI mereka menduduki Jabatan eselon III Belum namun mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kepemimpinan tingkat III.
